General

Welcome. The website is operated by the “Im Tirtzu” Zionist Movement (non-profit registration number 580417662) and/or Global Test Ltd. (company no.: 513609388) (collectively: “Website Management”). The website serves as an e-commerce site offering various products for sale.

Shipping Policy

If the customer chooses to pick up the order from a distribution point/locker, a notification of the order’s arrival will be sent to the customer. If the order is not collected within 7 business days (distribution point) or 72 hours (automatic locker), the transaction will be cancelled and the amount refunded minus any cancellation expenses.

This policy constitutes a legally binding agreement. The policy applies equally to all genders; masculine language is used for convenience only.

The provisions of this policy define the legal relationship between the customer and the website. The website management may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from the Association, users may not:

Registration

Any person or company may use the website, provided they are legally capable of performing binding legal actions and hold a valid credit card. To place orders, registration via the online form is recommended but not required.

Purchasing Products

Products are purchased by adding items to the shopping cart and filling in the required details: first name, last name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. Providing false personal details is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense.

Payment

Payment may be made by credit card or through electronic wallet services such as PayPal (www.paypal.com). If paying by credit card, the customer must provide card details, ID number, card type, and expiration date. The website management reserves the right to change accepted payment methods at any time.

Delivery and Shipping

Products will be supplied only after payment approval from the credit card company or PayPal. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. The website undertakes to supply goods within 14 business days from order confirmation (registered mail) or within 3 business days (courier). Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.

Shipping fees are charged in addition to the product price and will be shown at the end of the ordering process.

The website is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, military operations, natural disasters, strikes, or any cause beyond its control.

Order Cancellation by the Customer

The customer may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]. A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) may apply. No cancellation fee is charged if the cancellation is due to a defect or non-conformity.

Order Cancellation by Website Management

The website management may, at its sole discretion, cancel or discontinue any transaction at any time. In such cases, the customer will be notified and any amounts paid will be refunded. No further claims may be made against the website management beyond the refund of the transaction amount.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including patents, copyrights, designs, and trade secrets, belong exclusively to the Company and/or Association. These rights cover all website data, product listings, descriptions, and designs. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or translation of any content is prohibited.

Liability

The Company and/or Association are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or reliance on information published on external websites linked from this site. The website management makes best efforts to work only with reliable and reputable suppliers.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Customer personal details (name, email, etc.) are stored in the Association’s databases and will not be transferred to any third party except to suppliers as necessary to complete transactions. Payment instrument details will not be stored or shared beyond what is required to process the specific payment. The website management may use cookies to provide faster and more efficient service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy is governed exclusively by Israeli law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts (Magistrate or District) in Jerusalem.
